From Patient to Puriste

For over three decades, Dr. Sylvia Garnis-Jones quietly created custom skincare solutions behind the doors of her dermatology clinic—formulating prescription compounds in collaboration with specialized pharmacies. These weren’t trendy products. They were targeted treatments, made to address the real needs of real patients.

Over time, her formulas evolved—finding the balance between clinical strength and daily tolerance wasn’t easy. But the result is something rare: dermatologist-developed formulas that are both effective and exceptionally gentle.

After years of being available only to her patients, Puriste is now ready to be shared. The debut: our signature night cream. The future: a full system of minimalist, biologically intelligent skincare—each product designed with restraint, tested in practice, and rooted in decades of expertise.
